  • Overview

    Position Purpose:

    Responsible for the overall marketing program for two brands, to include development, execution and evaluation of marketing/advertising/public relations programs, on-line marketing/sales program, and realtor events to promote sales.

    Responsibilities

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Development and implementation of the Brand strategies.
    • Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing communities.
    • Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
    • Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their objectives by providing them with appropriate materials, displays, and collateral.
    • Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team.
    • Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented and appropriately measured by the marketing team.
    • Work closely with Presidents to define marketing materials and programs.
    • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
    • Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organization.
    • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
    • Develop and Manage Marketing Budget to appropriately measure ROI on spend.

     

    Supervision of Others:

    Manage the staff of the Marketing department.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field preferred.

     

     

    Experience:

    • Five or more years marketing experience required. Several years experience must be with a homebuilding company. Advertising Agency or Corporate Marketing department experience helpful.

     


    Competencies:

    • Superior oral and written communication skills.
    • Must possess proven leadership qualities to be part of top management of the company, represent the company at events, with the media and outside companies, and with realtors and customers.
    • High degree of organization, detail orientation, time management and ability to work efficiently.
    • Proficient with MS Office products, on-line sales software, and ability to learn and embrace technology quickly.
