Overview

The Digital Experience Director is responsible for leading the design and implementation of superior digital user experiences across all digital platforms. This role involves strategizing and executing digital transformation initiatives, improving user engagement, and driving the digital innovation agenda. The director also oversees the analysis of user behavior data to enhance customer journeys and ensure a seamless, intuitive, and engaging digital experience.

Responsibilities

 

  • Requirements gathering and vendor selection of content management solution (CMS) provider.
  • Identify CMS in use and determine content migration paths.
  • Design structure of CMS across brands to support scalability and necessary integration points.
  • Migrate all brand websites to single developer and CMS.
  • Ensure website / content compatibility with all device types.
  • Management of the corporate websites**
  • Middleware development to support lead ingestion from all sources. (Web to Lead)
  • ETL lifecycle management of all integration points
  • MLS Integrations
  • FTP Site management for marketing integrations.
  • DNS management for websites
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Management and Configurations including but not limited to:
    • SMS
    • Billing / Usage Analytics
    • Data Extensions
    • Training
    • Integrations
    • Digital Marketing & Regular Journeys
    • Reporting
    • Data Connection to Sales Cloud

Supervision of Others: Digital Experience Analyst (Future)

 

Authority/Budget/Decision Making/Discretion and Independent Judgment Ability:

 

Responsibility for decisions, purchases, contracts, and outsourcing services related to accomplishing the responsibilities of this position.

The design, documentation, analysis, and testing of: the applications, enhancements, processes, and reporting solutions, based on and related to user or system design specifications;

A combination of the aforementioned duties, the performance of which requires the same level of skills. 

 

Location: DFW Based (Plano, TX)

 

Qualifications

Education:      Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience*

Experience:   4+ years with Salesforce or similar CRM system
