Overview

The Sales Applications Analyst – works with other technology team members, business leaders, consultants, and end users in the planning, execution and benefit realization of Sales applications and technology solutions. Works closely with assigned business area executives and department heads. Accountable for leading the successful transition of the business from the current through the future state through effective planning and is accountable for the realization of expected benefits.

Responsibilities

 

  • Analyze current Sales processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.
  • Actively participates in numerous cross-functional teams to standardize processes and implement best
  • Researches, documents, and clarifies process and workflow
  • Accountable for ensuring the business solution is complete before implementation including solutions testing and assisting with the translation of business requirements into technical
  • Responsible for working with software vendors in the information gathering, communication, follow-up, and resolution of sales system bugs/errors and enhancement requests.
  • Actively participates in the testing/UAT and deployment phases of the SDLC and works with business end users and technical resources to define solutions that satisfactory resolve business
  • Develop and manages an end user training program (onboarding and ongoing) including the maintenance and dissemination of training guides/videos and process documentation for all sales and marketing related systems and
  • Responsible for supporting end users in all aspects of the Sales Applications.
  • Monitor Sales applications for compliance to IT standards and policies.

 

Authority/Budget/Decision Making/Discretion and Independent Judgment Ability:

 

  1. The design, documentation, analysis, and testing of the applications, enhancements, processes, and reporting solutions, based on and related to user or system design specifications.
  2. A combination of the aforementioned duties, the performance of which requires the same level of

 

Location: Must be based in Texas. Hybrid remote schedule available. Travel as needed.

 

Qualifications

Education:      Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience*

 

Experience:  

  • 2+ years with Salesforce
  • Requirements Gathering
  • Project Management
  • DocuSign
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field or 1-2 years of marketing experience or homebuilding experience.
  • Experience in data gathering from various sources and compiling into logical charts, graphs, tables and written form.

 

Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

*Equivalent Experience: 3+ years in an IT Application Analyst or similar role
