Overview

Position Purpose: The Sales Administrator must believe in, practice and initiate all Green Brick Partners values set forth in an acronym we call HOME. They must be Honest, Objective, Mature and Efficient in how he or she approaches their role at Green Brick Partners.

 

The Sales Administrator acts as a support system to the Sales Team and Sales Directors. The Sales Administrator assists the Sales Directors with admin activities including reporting as well as day-to-day needs which may arise. The Sales Administrator assists the Community Sales Managers/Assistants with community set up, scheduling and additional needs which may arise. The Sales Administrator attends and coordinates team events/meetings/training sessions, manages all community listings, and is responsible for system entry for inventory homes.

Responsibilities

  • Manages updates and disbursement of sales documentation, including but not limited to the Sales Department Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Prepares and coordinates items needed for new hires joining the team.
  • Manages FMLS administration needs, listings and audits.
  • Manages DocuSign, Stage, Close Date, and Monthly Sales/Cancellations Reports.
  • Manages Community Spreadsheet Pricing Data for accuracy.
  • Monitors company website, FMLS and Zillow for listing accuracy and photos.
  • Attend/Coordinate company Sales Meetings, Sales Events & Sales Training.
  • Manages and Oversees all Realty supplies
  • Oversees all agent calendars
  • Oversees all Competition reporting
  • Oversees date entry for inventory homes.
  • Oversees resource/document placement into Egnyte
  • Supports Sales Team and Sales Directors as needed

Authority/Budget/Decision Making/Discretion and Independent Judgment Ability: N/A

 

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day; sit for extended periods; kneel and bend at the waist; walk up and down stairs; walk on unlevel terrain; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision ability required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral vision.

Education:

  • Degree Preferred

Experience:

  • New Home Sales knowledge is required

Competencies:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills, ability to follow direction, teamwork player, flexibility to change
