The VP Director of Credit Policy must believe in, practice, and initiate all Green Brick Partners values set forth in an acronym we call HOME. They must be Honest, Objective, Mature and Efficient in how they approach their role at Green Brick Partners.   The VP Director of Credit is responsible for oversight of the company’s mortgage credit and production underwriting verticals.  The incumbent will architect and maintain the company’s credit policies and procedures, manage the third-party investor credit change management process, and provide credit advisory support to Underwriters and Loan Officers when needed.

They must be Honest, Objective, Mature and Efficient in how they approach their role at Green Brick Partners.   The Executive Vice President of Compliance is responsible for providing overall leadership and strategic direction for the Mortgage Banking Division’s Compliance Management System (CMS).  The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that all lending policies and procedures are in full compliance with applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.

They must be Honest, Objective, Mature and Efficient in how they approach their role at Green Brick Partners.   The EVP, Capital Markets is responsible for driving the strategy and execution for selling loans originated by the Green Brick Mortgage lending team into the Secondary Market.  The position plays a critical role in managing relationships with investors for loans sold in the Secondary Market and is instrumental in developing new products and services to adapt to the competitive landscape, thereby boosting net interest and non-interest income This position will drive the pricing strategy for all products and collaborate with other departments on the overarching product and pricing strategy for all consumer real estate mortgage products.

Works closely with assigned business area executives and department heads. Accountable for leading the successful transition of the business from the current through the future state through effective planning and is accountable for the realization of expected benefits.

They must be Honest, Objective, Mature and Efficient in how he or she approaches their role at Green Brick Partners.   The Digital Experience Director is responsible for leading the design and implementation of superior digital user experiences across all digital platforms. This role involves strategizing and executing digital transformation initiatives, improving user engagement, and driving the digital innovation agenda. The director also oversees the analysis of user behavior data to enhance customer journeys and ensure a seamless, intuitive, and engaging digital experience.

They must be Honest, Objective, Mature and Efficient in how he or she approaches their role at Green Brick Partners.   The primary purpose of the Accounting Manager position is to: - Facilitate the coordination of accounting responsibilities with internal & external team - Actively manages corporate accounting cycle functions to provide timely and reliable consolidated financial statements to users in accordance with SOX and US GAAP - Provides active support to Director of Accounting Operations and oversight of company initiatives in policies, procedures and internal controls for accounting department - Serve as a leader within the Accounting Department, and to supervise and develop team members

They must be Honest, Objective, Mature and Efficient in how he or she approaches their role at Green Brick Partners.   Act as liaison between sales, construction, lender, and closing attorney in effort to ensure homes close as scheduled.
